Currently working on Assignment 3. The still life representing colours have been fairly easy to find, but will be venturing out to look for subject matter.
Loving this assignment and have had so many ideas on how to complete, just hope I have chosen the right ones.
Photographically wise I did a family photo shoot on the 16th Feb that went really well and produced the images in photobooks. The whole family loved them.
I have a shoot on the 20th with a regular model of mine - Erin. We are hoping to go around Rochester Cathedral / Castle and the streets. Going to be a nice change from the studio shoots that I usually do with her. Will be going out to recce the place with my kids this coming weekend, and take some shots so I can do a mood board. Still not sure what to do clothing wise, possibly white top, with blue jeans. If Greg comes as well will do some of her in shops and the street.
Have updated the website completely now with the new logo and added a blog to the site. Also ordered new business cards which should be here by the end of the week with any luck. I will then be ordering postcard flyers so I can advertise in shops and hopefully generate some interest. Also looking at doing a portfolio book with my best model shots to take to prospective model agencies / models. Looking at http://www.silverprint.co.uk/index.asp for the book as recommended in Turning Pro magazine.
I now have a fish tank so will be looking at trying some dropping things in water shots. They want me to get fish afterwards to put in the tank, more possible shots :)
