Exercise - The Lighting Angle

Lighting the egg from many different angles my favourite one has to be the sixth one as there is an even light across the whole egg allowing all the details to be exposed correctly.

Exercise - Softening the Light

The first shot is a bare lamp over the egg, giving a very harsh light. As soon as I put the diffuser on the egg you could see most of the detail.
